How long does implementation take?
Most clinics go live in 7–14 days with our guided onboarding wizard, data import and role-based product tours. Multi-location groups typically complete rollout in 4–6 weeks.
Is our data secure and compliant?
Yes. Onzira is built on row-level security, encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3), with immutable audit logs, GDPR + HIPAA-aligned controls and India DPDP readiness.
Can we keep our existing tools?
We integrate with WhatsApp Business, payment gateways, accounting (Tally / Zoho), labs, PACS and ABDM/ABHA. Custom integrations are available through our REST API, webhooks and FHIR R4 endpoints.
What does support look like?
Every plan includes business-hours chat and email. Growth and Enterprise plans add a dedicated success manager, SLAs and a private channel for your team.
