No reverse engineering. No reselling without written consent. ## Clinical responsibility Onzira is a tool for clinic operations. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the licensed practitioner. ## Subscription & billing Fees are billed per the active plan. Taxes (GST) apply as per Indian law. ## Termination We may suspend accounts for breach. You may cancel anytime; data export available for 30 days. ## Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: courts of New Delhi.
